Processing Time
- Vintage Pieces: All vintage items are processed within 1–4 business days before shipping.
- Pre-Orders (Biogios Designed Pieces): Please allow 1–3 weeks for processing and production before your order is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
